Gently apply the warmed oil to the area you intend to massage. Use gentle, circular motions to spread the oil evenly over the skin, ensuring complete coverage.

Massage with long, sweeping strokes to warm up the muscles. This helps to increase blood flow and prepares the muscles for deeper work. Gradually increase the pressure as the muscles start to relax.

Pay extra attention to areas that need more care, such as the neck, shoulders, and lower back. Use your fingers, palms, and knuckles to apply pressure and release tight muscles.
